About time

I guess my baby is growing up and I have been a little reluctant to let him. We moved beds around last weekend which left an extra bed in Joseph's room. Joseph is 33 months old and still sleeps in his crib! The funny thing is, he is as tall as my girls were when they were 3 1/2, and weighs almost as much as Brooklyn. Joseph has been content in his crib and so I have just been enjoying him being put to bed and he stays. He never climbs out and doesn't complain when put to bed. Really he is a dream child on going to bed. I didn't want to disrupt that and so I have left him in his crib. Well, finally this past week, without Katelyn sleeping in his room, it has been a harder time for him. He has been waking up more with his arm or leg stuck in the bar of the crib. He has been scared sleeping in a room by himself and one night he woke up crying and was worried about Katelyn because her bed was there, but she was sleeping in her new bed in a new room.
Last night Joseph didn't want to go to bed in his crib so I let him go to bed in a big bed an he slept great! Sorry the picture is blurry...you can see though that he enjoyed the room of a twin bed and not a crib mattress.
The funny thing is that I have noticed, with my first I was always in a hurry to move Lyndee to the next step at that age. Lyndee move to a big bed at 17 months!
