Katelyn and Lyndee

Katelyn had a program at her ''mother's day out' program where they sang some songs. She did really well doing all the actions and singing. She is standing by her good friend Nadia who is in our ward and only 3 weeks older than Kate.

Katelyn loves to play with Nadia!
Lyndee turned 7 on April 28th. This is the first year that she has not had a birthday party. We gave her the option of a party or a shopping spree! She chose the shopping spree and then asked us a couple days later, "What is a shopping Spree?" She got herself a MP3 player and a bead set to make necklaces and a little husky stuffed animal.

The day after Lyndee's birthday she had her tonsils and adnoids removed. She was so brave and did so well after surgery. She is such a great girl!!! She is getting so mature for her age! Now we hope she can continue to recover good and get back to herself. She did so well right after surgery that by day #5 she was doing too much and it has set her back again and is hurting all over again. What a tough surgery to go through, but we just hope all the infections will not return!

I hope you were able to eat a lot of blue Popsicles, Lyndee. That's the only thing I remember from my tonsil surgery (I was 18 months.) We hope you got better soon and that you don't get sick anymore. Cute pics.
