Jospeh's first set of stitches

I'm sure this won't be the last time my baby boy ever gets stitches, but it was his first. On Sunday, our church time changed to 1:30 pm, giving us more time to bathe the kids in the morning before church. Lynar was giving Joseph a bath and when he was getting him out, Joseph was kind of slippery and went down smacking his eye on the side of the tub. We took him to the ER for the deep long cut. Joseph walked in there happy and walked out quite upset. The nurse wrapped him in a blanket like he was a newborn very tight and held his head while the doctor put 4 stitches in. It looks like he did a good job and it should heal up vey nice. Overall Joseph was a tough boy!

While we were in the waiting room, a boy about 7 or 8 came in with the biggest bump on his head that I have ever seen. I am always humbled and grateful that our situation is not so bad!
