Catching up

Looking back at the year I haven't been good at updating our blogg, which is our family journal, so sorry for all the random pictures and out of order updating which will start coming.

 

 Lyndee played softball (so did Katelyn....but her pictures are on a different computer) and this picture above is when she was hit in the head with a softball.  You can see the ball close to her head as she started to duck.  She felt fine and ran to her base and finished running and said she felt fine, but after a full inning, she said that she felt nauseated and dizzy.  I was very worried of course and we ended up leaving the game (it was almost over).  She was fine and I didn't take her to the ER like I thought I was going to have to.

Lyndee really improved in softball and her team went undefeated all season and she is always the one with the best attitude.

 

 Isn't Joseph a cute boy?  I always love taking extra pictures of my kids and throwing them in.

 

For Memorial Day, we took a short family vacation up to Branson MO for the weekend.  It was fun to get away and this picture is when we went to the lake up there.  The kids could have spent all day at the lake.

Joseph and his birthday present!  We opened birthday presents 2 days after his birthday because we were so busy....but he didn't seem to mind or care.  At least we ate cake and ice cream on his birthday!
