Christmas 2013

Christmas 2013 was a little different for our family this year.  With me being 31 weeks (7 months) pregnant with twins and not feeling so well with that and Katelyn and Brooklyn getting over the flu, we stayed home and in our pj's all day long.  Christmas Eve we ordered pizza and for Christmas dinner we ate the left over pizza.  Never thought I would be eating left over pizza on Christmas day for our main meal.  The kids didn't seem to mind.  I really wasn't feeling great and I was so tired and it hurt to move or stand for long periods of time.  The kids and Lynar let me sleep a lot and the kids enjoyed just playing with their toys and new electronics.  We didn't even make it to look at Christmas lights since we were all feeling too lazy.  This is also the first Christmas since we've been married that we haven't done neighbor gift and gone caroling.  Hopefully next year we will resume our traditions.  We did have enough good presents and enjoyed just being home as a family this year!

 We did make it out for a quick afternoon to see Santa at the mall on Christmas Eve.

Lyndee and Katelyn both got IPAd mini's for Christmas. They did chip in half the cost, which was an agreement with Katelyn back in March that if she earned half the cost we would pay for the other half....turns out they were $100 off on Thanksgiving and she had finally come up with the money so we just made her wait until Christmas and give it to her as her gift.
