4 weeks post surgery

Brooklyn's surgery was 4 weeks ago today. I can't believe it has gone so fast. We went back to the doctor in Little Rock yesterday and got some good and bad news. The bad news is that the Dr. Did not get all the lymphatic malformation out like he thought he did. The good news is that her body appears to be taking care of it naturally on it's own. She has a semi-hard lump back where the original one was and it seems quite swollen. I had sent pictures to the doctor last week via email of all the swelling and lump so he was given a heads up. The dr seems very optimistic about everything. He put her on steroids for another week to see if that will help the swelling, and we will go back to see him in a month. Little Rock is going to see us quite often. That was our 4th trip in 4 weeks. (I go in a week and a half for Lyndee's competition as well).
Tonight Brooklyn slipped and fell off a chair, hitting her neck on the way down so she is complaining of neck pain and won't move her head from side to side. I hope by morning she is fine and it will heap up fast. What a worrier I am.

After seeing the doctor, we had a lot of fun and I will post more pictures later. We played in Little Rock, then drive to Hot Springs to see some friends.

I love the picture of the 3 kids asleep from playing so hard!
