Ithaca, New York

Blueberry picking!! My sister Amy lives in Ithaca, New York and that is why we decided to take a family vacation to New York. We have spent all our vacations going to Utah and wanted to do something a little bit different this year. We thought it would be fun also since she just had a baby girl a month before Brooklyn was born. My oldest brother Travis was in Buffalo for the week for work, so he came and met us in Ithaca and we were able to spend 2 days with him also. It was fun to see family outside of Utah!! WE really missed Utah though!! There are tons of fields of blueberrys and we spent a little while picking and eating!
There are beautiful water falls in Ithaca. This is one that we went to on Sunday afternoon. There are signs for no swimming. Lyndee thought that she could walk in the water on the rocks, and of course fell all the way in! She had fun doing it.
This is really pretty, but we went and saw Niagra Falls the day before---I'll post those picture later.
My sister lived in a sorority house which had tons of bedrooms and a industrial kitchen. Lyndee loved to do the dishes here. It was a big hose you pulled down to wash the dishes out and then the dishwasher took only a few minutes. Lyndee wanted to do the dishes all the time and has now decided that she will be a dish washer at a restaurant when she grows up!! (that won't last long).
The girls went swimming with their Uncle Derrill right before we left at another water fall place. They had so much fun on this trip! We really enjoyed being with Amy and Derrill and Elisa and seeing all the fun places.

Sounds like fun!! That's hilarious about Lyndee and the dishes. Good thing you wrote it down so you can remind her of it when she's a teenager and begging for money. :)

Looks like you guys had lots of fun. That's a good idea putting everyone in the same color. Love all the pictures.

You all look so wonderful in the family photos. You look more and more like your mother, Jen. That is neat. And Lynar hope you got to relax some before you hit the work pace again.
