The Easter Bunny hides our Easter baskets and then when the kids get up they have to go on a search to find them. In addition to that, eggs and candy are left around the house, so when the baskets are found, the kids get to add extra candy to their baskets.

We gave Lynar a tie and a new church shirt, which he needed!!!
Brooklyn went to town on her candy.....and loved to show us what she was putting in her mouth. I think she takes after me....her favorite was all the chocolate!!!
Katelyn got this book and the kids enjoyed having dad read it to them many times that morning.
We didn't go to church that morning because we have General Conference (which we watched over the internet from SLC, UT). General Conference is only 2 times a year and we get to hear from our prophet and apostles of the Lord. It was great to hear them on Easter sunday, but we missed dressing up in our new Easter dresses! We still made it a special occassion day....more pictures to come on that!

It is a precious feeling to know that loved ones far away are doing the same thing on Easter Sunday that I am doing. I loved Conference. It was so wonderful again this time. Seemed like a new part of the manual for parenting came with every speaker.. So many great truths for raising our kids and living for the next 6 months. Loved it
